Yesterday, April 1st met with other artists near the Cheese Factory in New Wilmington, Pennsylvania.
It was a gorgeous day, with cloud shadows moving across the sky, but again the breeze felt frigid. The other painters painted from the shelter of their cars. Nationally known artist Tom McNickols drove past, & stopped briefly to say hello.

Fantastic painting Nancy! Great sense of place an atmosphere. I also love the sense of movement you captured in the clouds, which is always hard to do. The distant tree line coupled with the clouds really make the painting!
Thanks Jon. Colorado seems so far away now. Glad to have a critique from you again! The cold wind encouraged me not to linger. I suspect that haste helped me toward greater focus in order to finished quickly.
