DeKoevend

Six PAAC painters met in DeKoevend Park at Centenial, Colorado, for this week's Denver "paint out".  The mountains were even more dramatic that usual, with recent snowfall. I sat on top of a picnic table to get my feet off the snow pack. I dressed warm, but the sun was so bright it felt hot as an oven. It had been my plan to paint over another painting. However, I neglected to take my palette knives, so note the brushwork!

Especially painters. thanks Nora. Your paintings are so lively & inspiring. I love it when the medium has it's own life, yet one knows exactly what is being said.

Thanks for taking time to comment Hilda. You must be getting plenty of snow in NY.
