Barb's Grandchildren

Today I painted three children. They were so good, but the last, being only two, was done before I was. I think I would like to work a little more on him. They are Irakli (Hercules), Elia and Eleni. Very beautiful.

Thanks Vic. You are so encouraging. It is thrilling to try to capture a look of child or adult with God's fingerprint on them. nancy

Hi Nancy: I saw some of your paintings at Butler this morning and took your card. Yellow Creek and the Youngstown corners were memorable.. Very well done. They made me wish I had a little extra cash.

Very nice paintings! Just found your blog and pleased that I did. Your portraits here are so colorful - brings out the personalities of children. Well done!

Thank you for that friendly visit Linda. I do get carried away with the color, more expressive than scientific, although I try to paint what I see.
I visited your gallery and love your persimmons with the white cup and also the hats. Your compositions are excellent.
